°Color

°COLOR is a smart device that reveals thermal leaks of any surface in a playful way. Bases on the technology of pyrometer COLOR intercepts and measures thermal radiation of any surface without  physical contact.

In order to make the device work simply roll the outside wheel of the round frame on a hard surface. The mechanical energy is transformed into the electric and °COLOR is ready to show where the thermal energy in your surrounding is wasted.

The LED Light Pipe inside the circle shows the thermal radiation according to the infrared thermography. Similar to augmented reality °COLOR makes the invisible visible.

The shape of the device is made from recycled post industrial plastic and is compound of two identical shells, which can be easily and cheapply heat-pressed to form.
